Shipping & Handling Policy

All orders within the United States are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Service Ground.

Most orders are processed on the same or next business day and will typically arrive within 2-4 days.

We do not process or ship over the weekend. All orders placed after 1:00pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

The total shipping cost is based on the size of your order.

For International Orders it's 25.00 USD.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation allowed 24 hours from date order was placed.

Return Policy

As a valued customer, your complete satisfaction is important to us. Therefore, you may return your I've Never...?® product for a full refund of your purchase price (excluding shipping and handling cost) for up to 30 days from receipt of goods.

In the event of a manufacturing error, we will replace missing or defective items for up to 30 days after the date of purchase.
